HDTV and the iPod photograph : an ideal Marriage?

Blu-ray is an optical disc format which is about to rival HD-DVD in the race to be the de-facto standard storage medium for HDTV. Blue light has a shorter wavelength than red light, and according to the Blu-ray Disc organisation ( BDA ), which is made of, among others, Sony, Philips, Panasonic, and Pioneer, this suggests that the laser spot can be focussed with larger precision. The iPod photograph can store thousands of digital pictures, and syncs with a Mac or Computer thru iTunes. Otherwise you can tell it to repeat a folder full of pictures from your drive as a slideshow.

Also, with the addition of a non compulsory camera connector ( $29 ), you can copy photos directly from an electronic camera and immediately make a slideshow from them on the iPod photograph. First of all, the screen of an HDTV set has an aspect proportion of 16:9 ( length : height ) so if you size your footage with this aspect proportion you are going to be able to fill the screen without cropping the photograph or seeing repugnant black space around it. Second , the resolution needed for perfect viewing on HDTV at full screen is less than that required for printing even an A4 image. Find out more on the subject of where to buy plasma tv.

However, as with all leading edge technology, costs will quickly fall - especially as Blu-ray will be contesting with HD-DVD for that space under your Television .
